Try to have a meal before 9 pm and avoid taking meal just before going to sleep because it add fat to body. Minimum 8 hours night sleep is must for any human being. This over weigh issue not only affect you physically, but some time it also affects you emotionally and mentally. I have seen few cases in which victim started feeling a bit low in confidence and self esteem and sometime feel like isolated from others. Don’t allow your weight to control your life.
